If I have done a lot of exercising, I will eat more (fat) like olives & cream cheese...something very keto. From what you posted, seems like you are pretty spot on with the diet. Nice losses!

  • The tofu ones are ok. I recommend cutting them into one inch pieces. RINSE them for 3-5 minutes. If you dry fry them for a bit the texture firms a bit.   • I did W1D1 today, and realized how very out of shape I am. I did a marathon in 2001... I did about half of the runs, and then just power walked. I am going to repeat week 1 once or twice until I get my groove back. Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays will be C25K days. Other days is strenght training. I want it all back!
