I do eat back some depending on hunger. I use http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ as my macro calculator. If I have done a lot of exercising, I will eat more (fat) like olives & cream cheese...something very keto. From what you posted, seems like you are pretty spot on with the diet. Nice losses!

Mine are 75fat 20pro and 5carb. However, I am close to zero carbs, so I eat those g of food in my protein making it 80/20.

These recipes sound great! I have made cheesecakes and ice cream this weekend for fat snacks. I am nicely in ketosis too! I think next week I will have to make some of these. I will be making almond butter...so that will work! :) Thanks for the great ideas!

The tofu ones are ok. I recommend cutting them into one inch pieces. RINSE them for 3-5 minutes. If you dry fry them for a bit the texture firms a bit. I did W1D1 today, and realized how very out of shape I am. I did a marathon in 2001... I did about half of the runs, and then just power walked. I am going to repeat week 1 once or twice until I get my groove back. Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays will be C25K days. Other days is strenght training. I want it all back!
