Not sure on the pricing but the hubby got me one for my bday 2 weeks ago. Its the Polar FT4 and it is incredible. User friendly, easy to understand too. It has changed the way I work out. I can easily reach my target hr, see calories burned which is important since Im trying to lose weight. Worth every penny he spent. Hope…

Wearing my hr monitor I burn between 280 and 355 depending on my intensity. I just started to monitor my heart rate and Im on D5L3 so that my have something to do with it.

Yeah, I did day three yesterday and woke up more sore than day one and two combined. Not sure how I'm going to get through today's workout but I'll give it a go anyways.. Ugh! Hate being sore....

If you feel 100% then give level two a try but listen to your body. With u just getting over a sickness there's no shame in scaling back. I'm soooo not looking forward to level 2 so good luck!

I'm on day 3 now and I could use the support. I gotta get this baby weight off!!! This may be exactly what I need cause I am so sore right now. Lol!
