Yep same side. I just spoke to my friend who's an osteopath and she suggested some hamstring stretches which have actually really really helped almost instantly. Guess i've just got to make sure i stretch on days i don't do the exercise as well to keep things fluid.

I guess that would make sense because of the injuries on that side... ice pack just gone into the freezer! I never know whether to put hot or cold on to them or a bit of both?

No no of course. To be honest I just wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar. I know i pulled a muscle in my shoulder over that first month, and i've a recovering sprain in my ankle, but it's odd that this ache has just started happening...
