  • My first day of weights. I am sure tomorrow I will feel it, but today I feel so energized and excited. I will start with 2 x a week for now so I don't get discouraged. Protien not a problem

  • There are many ways to work out without working out. Take a longer route to your desk, or workplace. I used to have to put files away and saved them up for one trip. After I discovered how many steps I could get in by just taking each file one trip at a time, I started losing weight and inches doing that. AND I got paid…

  • You need to eat all your calories. Your body is in starvation mode. Try more real fruits and veg. and less prepared food. I know that sounds hard, but plan the meals ahead of time, when you aren't hungry and you will be more likely to be able to pick more whole foods and less prepared foods.   • Change up the execising routine and the food that you are eating. Also, don't eat too few calories or your body will go into starvation mode and you won't show a loss.
