I was sent a box of mango tea from Hawaii by a friend of mine that I just love. I also love the Celestial Seasonings orange spice tea, what ever its called.

I'm of the opinion that all sugar is bad, but its to avoid when including fruit in your diet.

Artificial sweeteners are dangerous stuff. Migraines are just a tip of the iceberg that you can have health wise. Its best to stick with water or unsweetened tea if you must have caffeine.

They've also found that if you drink a lot of artificially flavored sodas since artificial sweeteners are over sweet you're less sensitive to natural sweetness like in fruit.

This is why I drink water or unsweetened tea. Sugar is bad for you and artificial sweeteners are bad for you.

One of my favorite salads is fresh spinach, red onion, tomato, broccoli, and black olives with a vinaigrette made of balsamic vinegar and olive oil with a clove of garlic pressed in. All ingredients can be gotten from your local farmers market or whole foods. You can also add raw almonds or walnuts to the mix.

I have to say I much prefer chili with ground turnkey over beef any day. I think the turkey holds the flavor better.
