@kathryn If you do not want to toss them off then you must keep them out of your eyesight. May be a place in your home where you do not look often. It will help you to not to think of those big size clothes often.

Beans, Lentils and Legumes, Nuts, Broccoli, Oatmeal, Soy milk, Peanut butter etc. all have good percentage of proteins. Apart from that if you are continuing to consume eggs then it will be good for you.

Minimum 7 hours compulsorily and maximum of 8 hours. :) If I sleep less then 7 hours any day then I feel restless the next day. :

It doesn't matter you quit coffee or not. If you stay within your recommended daily calorie limit then you definite lose some weight. You can reduce your coffee intake upto 2 per day without sugar and cream. Along with this you can try some Green Tea that too without sugar and milk.

Although it is a matter of choice whether to keep food diary open or personal, but I used to keep my Food Diary open for all. Open food diaries could be good motivators for many who just started their diet plans / workouts. There is no harm if we keep our food diary open in my opinion.

I use the MFP numbers. Though whatever number treadmill / Hrm / MFP shows, we can always estimate 100 - 150 calories more or less in total. Nothing can be 100% accurate so estimating 100-150 numbers up or down in total calories consumed or burnt, is what I try to use.
