Apart from the meat....."Soya Chunks" if available in your city / country, could be a good source for protein....you will get 50 gms of protein from eating 100 gms of Soya Chunks. :)

I mostly have Egg Whites only. Although once in a while whenever I like to have the yolk then I go for egg omelette with 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. :)

I log everything I eat instantly on MFP through its mobile application. Its mobile app is very handy and allow me to add up the things instantly. It just take two minutes to update the log. I finish up the diary after my last late night walk around 11.45 pm daily. :)
