    Hi. I'm Mercy from NJ. This is a great place. Log everything u put in ur mouth. Drink plenty of water, don't waste ur calories on other beverages, eat clean (fresh fruit, veggies and whole grains), get rest, weigh ur food and getting moving. When u exercise you will be rewarded with more calories to burn. Some will say eat back and others don't. I say eat if u need to and don't if ur not hungry. Good luck on ur journey and now u may have a bad day and it's okay.
