I need to lose 82 pound in order to get to my ideal weight. I'm aware it will be a long journey and do not want to fail (again) we can walk the journey together and encourage each other.

I understand how you feel, I've been doing my recommended diet and exercise and have not lost one pound for 2 weeks? I'm getting frustrated and are very disappointing. I understand this is a lifestyle change and have to be patient. I do not want to quit as I usually do thinking why bother? Need HELP too !!!
