Hi, Melanie! I updated your weight on the spreadsheet for you! I weighed in this morning at 378.4, which is a 7lb loss from last week. Finally, I feel like I've contributed to the house this week. Did W2D1 yesterday and I struggled, just like I did with W1. But, I'm okay with that. I struggled more because of going uphill than anything. I kept moving though, and so I'm still proud of finishing. D2 tomorrow, and I'll be back to my non-hilly environment. =D

I weigh in once a week, just because it happens to be convenient for me. Plus, I don't want to be dependent on the number on the scale - I track my progress not only in weight lost, but inches lost and how I feel as each day goes by. =D

I absolutely love them. Bob and Jillian can kick your butt through the TV. I have Last Chance Workout (Jilian), Cardio Max Weight Loss (Bob), and Boot Camp (Bob). LCW and BC are the only ones that have a program that you can follow on the DVD - they tell you what part of the workout on the DVD to do for each specific day.…

I did the Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout DVD before breakfast, went to the gym before lunch and did 30 mins elliptical and 65 minutes strength training, and here in about an hour I'm probably gonna do another TBL DVD with my friend since its too rainy outside to go for a nice walk.

Johnny Depp. Abso-frickin-lutely. HOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOT! I have every movie Johnny's ever been in and know more about him than I care to know about anyone else. =D I like Cary Elwes, too, though. A good way to get your heart pumping is to shadow box, especially if you have to sit down. Jillian Michaels always talks about how its such a great way to still get exercise in and burn calories.
