  • I just finished this, doing everything exactly as told and exercising and eating right and only lost half a pound. I do agree that it wasn't harmful at all and I could definitely be in the habit of drinking more water, but this is not what it claims to be.
  • It is absolutely a replacement for sour cream, just make sure to get the 0%. And I also agree with the breakfast parfait. I usually put a tiny bit of honey, or granola and some fresh fruit on top. I'll also substitute some greek yogurt and/or applesauce in place of oil when I bake, especially breads.
  • I never work out without a heart rate monitor. It's honestly the best way for you to be sure of your calories burned. There are some really great, reasonably priced options out there.
