I think a lot of women have these issues. What works for me is a good 12-15 cups of water per day, plus a minimum of 30 grams of fiber per day along with exercising. I have both Old Navy and Gap and they're relatively cheap and have lasted me quite a while. I wear them most days for work (at home) as well and I think they're good quality. I like working out in mine too. :)

I didn't want to spend the $400+ for a Vitamix, so I got the NutriBullet last week and so far so good. I've blended carrots, ice, strawberries, greens and more to a pulp. I'd recommend it.
