It also sounds like your water intake might be low. Dehydration can make you feel like that as well. If you are going to lift heavy, or even workout harder than normal, it is always a good idea to hydrate well the day before. Especially if you work out in the am.

Hello, you wont bulk up as long as your not consuming A LOT of calories/protein. And depending on what type of excercising you're doing, using weights that have you failing at around 12-15 reps.
