Hahah I thought I was nuts!! I see it as a game. The calories are points and the more I exercise the more points I earn. It's this awesome challenge to balance the calories :) Lately I've been challenging myself to eat more protein :) I get it though and it kind of makes it fun:drinker:

I am 5 ft 2.5" I am currently 130-132ish. I reached my first goal, but now I'm thinking 125ish. I am super happy where I am at so if I don't lose more so what :happy:

Have you tried putting it in a breakfast smoothie or something? I've heard people do that and you can't even taste it :)

This thread just made my night. She asked one simple question and everyone went off into some scientific debate. I dilute my 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar with 16 oz of water :) I makes me feel less bloated and happier so I take it every once in awhile simple as that :)

Yeah whenever I feel that I way I take pictures and it really helps me actually see me outside of my own mindset :)

I personally was a little skeptic about Jillian Michaels and toning, but I've only been doing it for 3 days and already see a difference. You will feel better, and look better ;) I highly recommend Jillian.

Yeah I think it's just about toning now. You are an inspiration!!! I am 5' 3" also and I just got down to 135, but thinking maybe I should try for 125 too! You look great!!!!

I am actually currently doing the ACV diet... kind of. I only have 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water in the morning. I lost about 2 or 3 pounds in the last week or so. There are so many health benefits so I would definitely give it a try. And probably dilute it more than I am doing :)

Haha. I did mfp for about two weeks and gave up a couple years ago, but now I am more serious. So close to my goal. I'd love to add some friends for inspiration too!
