I started out a little above you (but same height) and I've lost 14 pounds in 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks were the most dramatic. Huge intake in veggies and fruits, cutting out most added sugar & junk food, only drinking water.

I usually buy firm or extra firm. Drain and squeeze it, then cut it up and mix with pasta and sauce. Or fry with vegetables.

I've been doing oatmeal with soy milk because it's so healthy, but I am getting bored of it. Just bought some agave nectar - will see if that perks things up.

At 5'8'' my initial goal is 160 since that's the top of the "Healthy" BMI range. But I honestly can't remember being less than 180 (age 15) so I don't know what it will feel like. I definitely want to do it healthy and safe and increase muscle/decrease fat.
