I'm so happy to be finished level 2! It was a tough one. I only did 9/10 workouts but will be moving onto level three anyway. I am feeling much more capable on level 2 compared to when I started but there is still room for improvement. From memory level 3 is a more enjoyable workout, so looking forward to that one! See you…

Great work girls! I had a good workout for day 19. I woke up with a really sore neck , unsure if it was from the shred or just a bad sleep.. Anyway it's better now which is good :)
-
That's not a bad idea, I might join you on that one! It would definitely still be a challenge if we upped the weights.

I kept putting day 18 off and ended up not doing it. I'm super disappointed in myself - was hoping to do the 30 days straight. Oh well - looking forward now my goal is to do the last 12 days without a break. I have a really big day on Saturday but I'm just going to have to make the time. Great work to all you girls!

Wow! Everyone here is so strong!! When I first did the shred I used 1.5kg (3.3lb) weights and now I'm using 2kg (4.4lb). I am finding a lot of the exercises really tough with 2kg and there are some which are much easier. Someone else said, and I agree, it's a good idea to have a couple of different weights to choose from…

This made me laugh :)

I know this is an old thread, but I've woken up this morning with the same problem, midway through level 2. It's so bizarre - I've never had such a sore neck before and I've done the shred before so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.. Also I actually skipped yesterday (Which I feel really bad about, I was doing so…

I struggled my way through day 17 - I was super tired so didn't push myself as hard as I probably should have, I'm sure Jillian would be disappointed in me! but I"m glad I at least did it and I'll work really hard on day 18 to make up for it. It's a great idea to keep this group going and do something after.

Day 15 was tough - I did day 14 around 8pm the night before and then got up at 7am for d15 so I think the lack of recovery time in between might have been why I struggled so much! Great to be half way though :) Looking forward to getting on top of level 2!
-
Today was probably my best day on Level 2 but I'm still struggling so much! We've just got to push through it girls! xx
-
oh also, my boyfriend noticed a difference this morning! So that made me feel good and I'm even more motivated to keep it up.
-
Wow - this workout is a challenge and a half! I have really weak shoulders but hopefully that will improve by the end of this level. It's hard to push through the whole minute when I feel exhausted after 20 seconds of strength but I'm going to really focus on pushing through - it's only 20 minutes! keep it up girls.
-
What. A. Killer. oh my goodness girls that was exhausting! Can't wait for the improvement - great work everyone :)

Level one complete! Unsure if I'm excited or not about moving up to Level 2.. not looking forward to planks!

Bump, yummm

day 8 complete :)
-
Yay - that's awesome amber! Well done :)

Wow, one week down. Not long til we are on level 2! Today was a challenge for me - I love my morning get up and exercise routine - if I don't exercise in the morning I usually don't do it at all. Last night I stayed at my boyfriend's who loves sleeping in, plus we lost an hour here in Australia for daylight savings so my…

Day six complete, we are flying through level one! I'm starting to feel stronger although cant stick with Natalie for every exercise. Hoping by the end of the 30 days I'll be able to come back to level one sand do it without any modifications. I especially want to be able do do proper man push-ups !! Haha. Great work…

Yay, day five down! So good to hear everyone's progress. I'm also a morning exerciser - such a good start to the day. I was happy with day 5 because I did the first minute of 'anterior raises with a side lunge' without stopping which is a first for me. The second set wasn't as good but I definitely feel like I'm improving…
-
I know! We are lucky to have such a good group of people doing this!! It's so encouraging seeing everyone's commitment :)
-
I know what you mean about getting out of bed!!! and how nice of your boyfriend - what good motivation :)
-
Day 3 complete. Feeling good about the exercise, not so good about the eating today. Hopefully I"ll do better tomorrow!
-
I've done the shred once before and level one quite a few times (although not for ages). Soon you'll not only know the order of the exercises but you'll be able to quote Jillian word for word. I actually find it quite fun talking along with her :)
-
2 days in :) I went for a run this morning as well and then did the shred afterwards which definitely made it harder/more exhausting but feeling good! It's spring in Australia so getting up early in the morning to exercise is so much easier and actually quite a nice way to start the day.
-
I totally agree! That exercise is so hard!
-
I'm from Melbourne (and Tassie!). It is nice to see a few Australians on here! I'd love some aussie friends if you'd like to add me
-
Day one complete :) My weights are a tiny bit heavier than what I've used previously so that was challenging. The arm strength exercises are the hardest for me but hopefully by the end of this level I'll be able to complete all the exercises. Hope everyone got off to a good start :)

Hey! Yeah I sure am a college student and familiar with the freshman fifteen! We call it 'Maybomb' because in May it all of sudden hits you. I just joined up to this site and am also focusing on being healthy more than losing weight. The eating well part is going to be my biggest challenge I think. I actually just moved…

Oh my goodness guys I'm so excited about this! My name is Jess, I'm 21 and studying at uni. I've just joined up to MFP today so this support group thing is all new to me - great idea! Jillian, on the other hand is an old friend (enemy?) of mine. About a year ago I completed the shred, and got about two weeks into 6w6p and…
