Today was day three, and I did it with only two breaks (due to my little sister almost dropping her box of building blocks on my head when I was doing one of the abs sections, haha!) I sweat a lot more today, but I definitely feel stronger and did the entire cardio circuit without a break, I was so proud. Only 27 days…

I've had this problem myself, it's because your body's grown accustomed to having 1200, so you won't lose any more. To quick-start your metabolism, have a bit of a binge day, that sounds bad, but it always works for me and I can lose up to two pounds by the next morning. (:

I was too excited to wait, and started on yesterday, meaning that tomorrow will be Day 3. Sorry, I just couldn't wait! So excited to see the results. Also going to try and not weigh myself until next week, if I can help it...

To be down to at least 119 pounds, to have a nice, toned body. Maybe even a six pack? (: to fit in size 8/10's.
