I have been in the same boat for close to 7 months. I recently contacted a trainer and nutritionist. I was told to change my workouts because my body has probably adapted to the same routine. I currently go to Curves 2-3 times a week. He told me to increase weights and keep alternating workouts. He said to walk some days,…

I joined Curves on June 26th 2012. Since then I have lost 55lbs. I went through about 3 months where I would bounce up and down but never go anywhere and thought hitting the 50 lb mark would never come. I kept at adjusted my calories I was eating per day and it started to come off again. I hit 50 the end of March. So it…

If you think the texture is funny on the other the Fage probably won't be good to you either. I think its even thicker than most of the others. I personally love it but if its a texture thing this may not be it for you.

I got to the point where my regular pants could be put on or taken off without unbuttoning and they hung very loosely around the waist. These are dress pants, as I work in a professional environment. Some of my old jeans are still fitting albeit looser but the dress pants definately had to be put in the too big to continue…

The extra calories is the hard puddle of goo that makes it pop, you know the gritty goop thats stuck to the sides and bottom of the bag. Not to mention the liquid ooze that leaks out of the top crack when you shake it.

It would only be 360 if your eating the kernels unpopped hence the unpopped calorie total. If you had a bag that was two servings popped then you had 70 calories.

Maybe 1200-1400 isn't enough calories, you may just need to increase them based on your activity.

Salt will do it for sure. If something you splurged on was high in salt that can make a huge difference. I gained 5 pounds over some homemade beef and barley soup. It came off plus a pound the following week, but I know it was the salt and a water gain.

I am having the same issue. I have lost up to 48 lbs but keep bouncing back and forth between the 43lb mark since January. It is so frustrating. I have totally changed everything, going from nothing but sedentary to working out 3+ days a week. I meticulously log everything I eat, good or bad. I am almost always under my…

I was also an egg person. I switched to egg beaters, which have 0 fat and 5 grams of protein per 1/4 cup which equals one egg. Sometimes I add a little cheese, vegetables, or a lean meat. I can nuke them at work and they taste just as good as regular scrambled eggs. I even use them when I bake in place of eggs and have…

Excellent post!! We can't all go around avoiding the things that got us where we "didn't want to be". One of these days you will be at that SuperBowl party with bags of doritos, bowls of dip and piles of hot wings. You can't take yourself out of every situation just to avoid overeating. The key is learning to be in those…

You can check their website for a store near you that carries it. There is a health food store near me that cells it. I believe its apple nutrition.

I do the same thing. I figure at night is when the temptations arise so I like to be prepared and have the calories to spare so I don't feel guilty afterwards. So far it has worked fine for me.

I am reading the Human Vampire Series by CD Hussey. Its a different twist on a Vampire novel but they have been very good. I am on the third book in the series and have been pleasantly surprised. These tend to be on the erotic side but the stories are interesting.
