Aubrey, I will start with you today! Of couse fruit is ok in moderation. To be clear, Im talking about the white stuff and the fake stuff, alcohol honey, preserves and syrups so I will be eating my yogurt plain but the sugars found in dairy, I am not counting.

I will start focusing on getting enough fiber and protien and not worry about healthy fats but try to swap them for bad fats like fats that are bound chemically to processed foods
