Wow! I didn't even know you could get Les Mills DVDs. I do all the classes at my gym and love them, but if I could do them at home as well that would come in handy when I can't get to the gym.

Its a 12 week body transformation and it's run by Michelle Bridges who is a Biggest Loser Trainer. You pay $20 a week and get your shopping list, workouts and motivational videos. As well as access to forums, like this, where you can meet people in your area and chat about anything you want.

Its very normal! Its your body reacting to being deprived of it's favourite food. So when you reduce your intake of carbs and sugar it gets cranky and lethargic for a few days but you'll wake up feeling fantastic when it goes away. Just don't give in!!
