Okay, weighed in with small loss this week. The fitness test certainly highlighted how unfit I am!! I'm not great about taking my own advice but have found out the hard way that, as far as health/ exercise is concerned you cannot rush healing! It is frustrating but it will get sorted, hopefully quickly. Meanwhile rest it and don't risk further damage.

Barbecue (hunters) chicken with veg. Cover chicken with sauce and cover with foil. Slice peppers and courgettes place on baking tray Oven 200 degrees for 30 minutes, remove foil from chicken and add slice of cheese and return to oven for further five minutes.
