It's not necessarily healthier. I feel better eating that way. My husband, on the other hand, doesn't. I feel better after 1 week. He still craves stuff. He's not built to do low-carb. It's all about what works for you. If you do good with your regular food and counting calories, do that. Don't worry about how other people…

That's great. I've got that same shirt. ;)

Thanks for all the support everyone! I really appreciate it. I am feeling more positive. I love MFP and how great everyone is to help others!

Thanks for the advice. My calories don't come from drinks. I rarely drink soda. I occasionally have sweet tea, but if I get it from a restaurant, either I get unsweet and use Splenda or I get half sweet/half unsweet. I eat all day is my problem. I'm not a late eater. Once I eat something, I pretty much obsess about it all…

I'll do that. Thanks. You are right, it is easier to say yes than no.

I did Atkins for a year and lost 50 lbs. I had zero sugar for that whole year. When I tried to transition off of it (because I wasn't losing any more no matter what I did), by going to Weight Watchers, I gained it all back and another 45. I don't want to do a diet if I can help it. I want to try to keep it all…

Very interesting!

If I had rockin abs, heck yes I'd wear that!!

Hilarious! Seriously though, I know what you are saying. Will power is a "B." Me and my husband tend to be co-enablers to each other. If one of us has something not good, we ever so sweetly get one for the other. :) We're trying to do better, but it's hard. I never kept junk in the house. I ate it out, but I didn't keep it…

I looked at your diary. Yes, you are eating good stuff, but my opinion is that you aren't eating enough calories. You don't come close to your goal calories for the day. You need to get closer to that in order to lose. If you eat too little, it can kick your body into starvation mode and cause you to hold onto those…

OMG. So many things... chips, cheese, and crackers are the biggies! Love cheese melted on Triscuits!

lol me too! Add in options though: Spinach, canadian bacon, peppers, onions, garlic, any veggie really (just saute first), and cheeses.

Everyone is welcome here! Just don't take personal any rude criticism. There are always haters. Welcome!

Great way of looking at it! That's an inspiration because most of the time I feel like if I have a cheat day, I've screwed up and may as well make it a cheat week, or why not a cheat month? One day doesn't make or break us, does it? Thanks for posting this. I think that's a fantastic way of putting things in perspective.

Love it!

Oh girl, I feel your pain. I'm embarrassed to work out in front of my husband. My gear is in the basement, but he's down there a lot. I have fitness games for the Kinect that are upstairs, but then I'm in front of anyone that is here or my husband. You'd think that wouldn't be an issue. I need to ask him to do it with me…

IMO, If you are okay with him going to those places, that's great. HOWEVER, it sounds a bit excessive. That's like having the BF go to the bar that many nights a week. It just sounds like too much to me. I wouldn't forbid it. I'd ask him to cut back or get the buds to go somewhere else. You're not trying to take his…

You have done amazing! Keep up the great work. You are truly an inspiration!

Lol I love this article. That's all I have to say about it.

On babycenter.com, there are several miscarriage groups. I miscarried right before I got pregnant with my daughter. I hope you find a helpful group. There are lots of supportive women on there.

Great job! I want to do just that also. I'm not aiming for 14, but 16 right now. Got a pair of awesome jeans I want to get into. Still got the tags on them. :)

Great job! Keep it up!

Nicely put!! Also, you don't have to eat ALL your exercise calories back. They are available if you need them. If I did that much cardio, I'd need them. I'd be starving!
-
You look great! I'm at close to the same starting point as you were. I'm hoping to reach your point in the next few months. :) Keep up the great work!

Feel free to add me. I'm logging every day. I'm working out as much as possible. I have around 150 lb to lose too.
-
I have a pair of 16s I bought when I lost weight once before. I couldn't get into them comfortably then. I still love them. I'm a 24 now. I also have an XL black dress I'd like to get into comfortably. Those are my 2 main clothing motivators!

Feel free to add me. Got about 148 to lose. The more support on here you have, the better you do. Try joining some groups and do some challenges. I find that has helped me more than anything! :)

Amazing! You look fantastic. This is so motivational. Thanks for posting!
