Need some support
I'm feeling frustrated and it's all my own fault. I just can't seem to get it together lately. I want to lose weight. I want to feel better. I don't want to feel fat and bloated all the time. Why is it that I know what I want but I just can't make myself commit to it 100%? :( I'm feeling cloudy like the day is.

Intermittent All Day Workout
Please keep in mind I have 140 lbs to lose and haven't done any real hardcore exercise in a really long time. I work at home, so I was trying to think of exercises I could do a couple in 5 minutes of every hour while I work and then get back to work. Any suggestions?
