Oh my goodness...I have to stop looking now and go home from work. But there is one thing I have to say I noticed most was: HOW DARN YOUNG EVERYONE LOOKS after their weight loss !!! Amazing. You all have given me great hope! thanks so much for sharing. :smile:

Hey there. I'm right with you on eating my feelings away. I catch myself doing all the time. But now what I'm trying to do is when I'm feeling down and out and if I grab junk as soon as I realize what I'm doing I get up and put it away. Or I'll go to the kitchen and pick it up and put it back down. I know it sounds dumb…

Good Idea but my pictures would be next to nude, because I can't get them up past my knee's. Either that or I'd look like baby hewi. lol BUT maybe that swim suite that's back in the back of my drawer might be a inspiration. Good Luck to everyone.

I've done it about 6 times so far and I pick thee cardio/polymetrics every time. :) I suppose I should start at 1 and work my way around the dvd. My arms are my weakest link. I can only do a few girlie push ups and it makes me mad. Trying to get stronger and thinner arms! It is a killer video though. :)
