I log it in as cardio as well just because the strength exercises do not tell you how many calories you burn.

Maybe they don't see weight loss as a success....it's like when I graduated high school...I didn't see it as a success, but everyone else around me was psyched up.

I hope so. I'd be in the normal range so I should feel good...but it all depends on how my body feels that light. I don't recall feeling normal....ever.

My goal is to get to 150 at most. That's where I should be and I do not have any ambition to get lower than that. I like looking a little built since I was always a bit athletic. I will have to see how I feel at 150 though...and how my body fat is. That is what I ultimately care about.
