Your thoughts on homemade protein bars
I'm thinking of making my own protein bars from home...what are your experiences on this? Did you find them a hassle to make? Did you find it useful to make them from home as opposed to buying them pre-made? What recipes did you use? Which one is your favorite?

I'm officially overweight!
The subject line might not be anything to be proud of, and only in a messed up world would being overweight be considered a good thing. However, I bring this up as a success story because I am no longer considered obese. Next stop: NORMAL.

Ankle workouts?
I feel like my ankles are pretty weak and I want them to get stronger. I know the ankles are not a specific muscle group like the calves or quads, but are there any exercises that can help strengthen the ankle? Or at least stabilize it to reduce the risk of injury?
