So what's the reason you started this journey (whatever it is)?

I did it because I got into some health issues. I thought when I was 20 I'd be safe from all the stuff that usually happens to people over their 30s and 40s. But I wasn't so that was really terrifying.

But I think it's good. I'm in my early 20s...recently turned 21 this month so it takes a while to remember that I am now officially legal in the U.S. Anyway, I'm sort of glad I started now because by the time I'm 22, I'd be of normal weight again...by 23 I'll be athletic...and by 25. I'd be in my peak. That's the way I see it anyway. I could be wrong.

Also, since I'm young, my recovery is a lot faster but luckily, I haven't gotten into a serious injury yet. Since I'm young, my experiences from this will shape how I perceive others in the future so I won't actually be an ignorant young adult. Since I'm young, I actually still have time for myself as opposed to juggling everything at once and never have time to relax.
