  • I'm a late at night muncher. I like black tea with a splash of milk and a 100 cal protein bar. Very filling when sipped and nibbled slowly!
  • If I get changed into workout clothes, I find that's the hard part. The rest is just routine - get the ipod, tie up my laces, go get the dogs, etc. Or I watch my dogs be extra excited about it being that time of the day, and it guilts me into a run.   • Has anyone considered that it's not what is being eaten, it's the fact that they don't go out for dinner at all anymore, and spend that time bonding together? Go to restaurants with healthy choices or find other activities to do together. Changes are hard for everyone - help her accept the change in your lifestyle.
