I didn't do mine related to weight loss, because I didn't have a huge amount to lose. I made "health goals", such as: finish C25K, run a fun run, do a mud run, etc. The goals were often part of the reward! I also did give myself gifts as well though. They've included; - new workout clothes - weights to acheive my next goal…

I'm all for junk food... but sometimes I just don't understand American food.

I work in an office that's always freezing, so I never feel like drinking water. I downloaded an app that reminds me to drink. When it reminds me, I have a sip. Usually that sip shows me that I'm actually pretty thirsty and I'll drink some more. You log the amount you drink, and the apps continues to remind you until…

I'm in the same boat as most. I was 53kg before Christmas, now 55kg (oops) and hoping to get to around 50kg. I run and do JM type work outs. Goals this year are to increase the running distance and work on strength. Feel free to add, I'm always looking for motivators! Haha.

I'm pretty much at my goal weight (I haven't weighed since before xmas, eek) so I'll be spending 2014 maintaining and increasing fitness. Go team!

Cut back to lose the tolerance. That way you don't have the high cals, and when you do drink, you can stick to low cal, not so lethal drinks.

I got my tattoo from a guy with a good reputation.... But apparently he was high on drugs that day because my tattoo turned out awful. After almost 10 years with it I'm starting to think about removal. It's only small, but it's very annoying to me.

I've been doing this by myself to ensure that I stay on track with fitness over Christmas - didn't see that there was a thread on it! I swear I walk around with my eyes closed all the time. Anyways, catching up; 02/12 - 6km 03/12 - 6km 06/12 - 3km 09/12 - 6km 11/12 - 6km 13/12 - 6km 15/12 - 6km 16/12 - 6km 17/12 - 6km…

1. Complete my free month of boot camp in Jan/Feb and learn a thing or two about weights. 2. Increase from a 6km run to a 10 km run and complete the Sydney Mothers Day Classic. 3. Enjoy my 7 week trip to Europe in June while fitting in a run or two a week and not gaining too much (very loose goal, haha. I'll probably just…

I did the Sydney Mud Run the other weekend and loved it. I've been googling similar (harder) events ever since. If I'm not in Europe when Tough Mudder happens in 2014, I'll be going. Super dooper fun!

I found them the other day at Coles in the health food section. I can't eat them, or Slim Pasta, they make me really sick. ...Which is good, cause they taste awful!

Has anyone found a bread that is low calorie? I've never been a big bread eater, so I never think 150+ calories for 2 slices is worth it!

To maintain a bit of "healthy lifestyle" consistency, I find that I need to mix up my food alot. If I had the same protein shake every morning, I'd get bored and go crazy! Get creative with your food. Find new ingredients/recipes and incorporate them into your diet. By creating a variety of choices you may find that you…

Prawn and stonefruit grilled skewers. Marinate the prawns in your sauce of choice. I like to keep it simple with chilli, garlic and lime. Skewer prawns alternatively with 1/2 a stonefruit (eg peach). Super easy, super tasty. And if it's a party, it's totally finger food!

Mangoes! Can you believe it. I grew up in Cairns, Australia and we had a mango tree - all the mangoes I could want, and I didn't want any! Now I have to pay $3 for 1 :(

I'm not vegetarian at all, but I read something about this a while ago; http://www.peta.org/living/companion-animals/vegetarian-cats-dogs/ ETA: I'm only really mentioning the worlds oldest dog. Didn't realise the article went on so much. Oh PETA, you did it again.

I used bio oil on a scar on my face after i split my upper lip. Worked a treat! Haven't used it on my stretch marks though.

This - because no doubt the makers of the salad aren't measuring with a scale and the whole thing is probably over what is stated on the packet.

Just found this thread - I'm level 3 and just completed day 3 today. I'm the same; lower calorie burn than on the other 2 levels. I also found it easier! (except for those jump lunge things, wtf are they?!) So I upped my weights to make it harder today, and boy does it burn now. Calorie burn still the same - but I'm…

Instead of weight loss, I reward myself when I reach a fitness goal; like finishing my first 5km fun run or completing the 30 day shred. And I always reward myself with fitness related things, to entice me to work out more!

I'm always up for new friends to motivate me! I'm at my goal weight and I'm just trying to lower bf%. I do alot of what you are doing, so let's team up! FR sent :)

No - I save it for the in-store surprise. You try on your current size... too loose. Try on the size smaller... perfect! And then you get to do the victory walk to the counter with a big smile on your face. Hooray!
