wow i get up at 6 every day to work out and i thought that was hard enough. I must say that even with that doing it over and over makes it easier and you just have to think about how great you will feel after.

Mine is pizza and ranch! Now i try to limit them and if i do eat them i workout extra and drink lots of water, probably still not good that i eat pizza but i cant help it. With the ranch on a recommendation from someone on here i got Bolthouse yogurt ranch which has half the calories as normal ranch and tastes just as good.

Thanks everyone and I actually got the 30 day shred a couple weeks ago and just started level 2 today and i love it. Its still hard getting up in the morning but i feel great after.

yup this is me to a T, i love it on my potatoes and pizza. I do ok on salads, i have converted to oil and vingar for that and do eat hummus for that and i guess i willl have to try the greek yogurt and ranch packet.
