Hey if its ok I would like to join this challenge, I ordered BFBM at the end of april and just got it yesterday BUT on may 1st I started alternating every other day of NMTZ and the next day of 30ds and 30 min elliptical. Now that I have my video im not sure if i should alternate between the three or just the 2 longer…

I have been doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and have seen great results with it and the only thing you need is some hand weights. Also if you look on here a lot of people have seen great results from it as well. I have lost not only weight but also inches.
