if you are having a hard time drinking water because you dont like the taste or blandness i would say have a half of a crystal light on the go packet, They are usually about 5 calories for half. Thats how i started and now i drink about 10-12 glasses a day of just plain water.

i overall gave up pop. Other than that I dont give up anything I just limit the portion with things like chocolate and ranch.

Chocolate!!! Right now I had 2 dove eggs and they are 120 calories. Also ranch. I dont eat it w my salads so I dont have it as much anymore but When I treat myself to pizza it is a must have

I love apples. I eat one every day. My faves are Pink lady but I eat a lot of Ida Reds and Gala! Glad im not the only one totally in love with apples!

i was scared to weigh in today because i have been slacking on working out but i was shocked to see i had actually lost, guess its all that water! 134.4 this week!

Ok i was TERRIFIED to get on the scale this morning. I have been eating ok,drinking lots of water but have had a hard time getting up early to workout. HOWEVER I was pleasently suprised to find out I lost! 4/1: 136.6 4/7: 135.4 4/15: 134.4
