One more thing, good luck with the weight training. U will love it ! I workout to build muscle, not lose weight per se and there is nothing like a well toned feminine physique. I wish u all of the luck in your journey mama!

As long as you are eating something healthy you shd be fine. I prefer to workout late and I need to have something before sleep. Just don't eat fast food or something heavy or soda pop.
