oh another good snack / meal is : 1 head of cauliflower, rub with olive oil, the douse in Franks Red Hot. Roast in the oven until toasty and nice. If you eat 1/2 head, its only about 150 calories...and you would be pretty full!

This really depends on body structure. I am 2 lbs heavier and still have easily 10 lbs of fat weight to lose. When you are 5 feet with a very small bone structure (I have the bones of a 10 year old), it is really surprising what I weigh.

Wow twin. I am also 5 ft, 115 lbs and all same as you. I have lost 19.4 lbs to date (with 10lbs left) . I eat a Vega protein shake in the AM, a 300-350 cal lunch and then a veg heavy dinner. I don't do nuts because they are too calorie laden. I use some chia but people generally go overboard with nuts and trail mixes.…

Sorry, this doesn't really make sense. If you relate it to vehicles, a smart car requires much less gas than say a Hummer. I would personally add a lot more vegetables. Like the snack, I would do veggie and hummus instead of digestives (which offer essentially no nutrition) As well, I would add fruit to your breakfast.
