  • Its hard to start - I always tell people to just go super slow. Just run from one hydro pole to the next and then walk and then try again. Our weather is pretty good except we have torrential rain but I like to run in the rain..its pretty peaceful. You should sign up for a 5 km race and then you will find that motivation!!

  • Great job- If you don't normally jog - just start with 1.5 minutes and gradually build up in 30 sec increments. If you are a runner - then have at it, you can do it..just slow down to hit your 5 minutes mark!!

  • Foam roll every damn day x's 3. And stretching (lots online) and massage. And check your shoes have a good 12m drop (my Brooks Ghost's are a pair of beauties) and watch running on crowned roads/ trails. Switch sides every KM / M. Acupuncture helps immensely as well.

  • Grew up drinking more milk than anyone (dairy farm kid) I love milk so much BUT I as a rule I don't drink my calories. I do have a Vega protein shake daily (25 g protein) but really try to stick to water & green tea.
