My face was the first noticeable difference. I have lost 50lbs and it shows in my face A LOT! Unfortunately everyone is different, and you may or may not lose weight in your face while losing weight.

I'm getting married on May 18th of this year. I bought my dress 20 lbs ago, but it's all good... I have a seamstress all set for alterations and getting a corset put in. I bought it slightly snug, but not too much so. :)

I'm 5'10 and my goal is 180. Once I get there I'll decide if I need to go lower, but that's where I think I'll be most comfortable.

I quit smoking and turned 40 around the same time... metabolism took a huge hit and I kept eating like I always did... never added extra food, but still gained 100 lbs over 2 yrs. Scary. So now I am changing things... eating more healthy, and watching how much I eat. Counting calories and walking more.

My ex owes me over 20 grand in child support for our 4 kids... I'll never see it, but Maintenance Enforcement up here in Canada is trying to collect, therefore costing money... It is crazy. It took two to make the baby, it should be two helping to raise it financially as well as physically.

I got a recipe from Skinnytaste.com that I am trying tonight. Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Vegetables. Sounds really good!! :) I love my chicken breast as well(boneless and skinless) and even though the recipe is for chicken thighs, I am using chicken breast.

I use Mio a lot... but wish they had more flavors. Only one I like is fruit punch. I take 3 water bottles to work, 1 with Mio and 2 without. Then when I come home I have 1 more bottle of water, sometimes with Mio and sometimes without.

I'm the same way. I call it a lifestyle change, not a diet. I want to be able to continue with the same eating habits after I reach my goal.. just add a few calories to maintain rather than lose. I take 3 24 oz water bottles with me to work... one with Mio in it, and the other 2 plain. By the time I get home, my goal is to have at least 2 of them empty, and the 3rd one at least half gone. I leave home at 6 am and get home by 230 or 3 pm. Then I usually have one more bottle by the end of the day.

I count only water... I drink it with Mio sometimes, and that still counts as water. I drink 1 cup of coffee a day, but that isn't counted in my water intake.
