So after one day of actually paying attention to WHY I'm eating, I went the whole day only eating when I was hungry, not because I was bored or depressed or craving comfort. Emotional cooking.... Wow. If I started THAT, I'd be in BIG trouble. My husband is gone during the week and we're new to this town and I'd have no one to share it with. =)
