i'm not one for eating breakfast either, which is why i like to make a smoothie & DRINK my breakfast! try this recipe for a green smoothie: 2 bananas, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup soymik. (or regular milk, or juice, or water.) put everything in blender, blend, drink, and enjoy!
