If it is just below you knee i would agree with plateller tendonitis. I have had to deal with this off and on due to a damaged from hurdeling, the best thing i could reccomend is good shoes (a must) and lots of stretching ( i know we all hate it) and rehab. since you can't take NCIDS i would ice for 15-20 min after each…

I ran at the Tough Mudder Minnesota, it was awesome, it was hot on Sat and freezing when we ran on Sunday, about 50 and raining!

Awesome Job!!! We ran the Tough Mudder this year and are registering for next year already! Running twice next year one to qualify for Toughest Mudder and a second time to just have fun!! Again Congrats, and best of luck at the Toughest Mudder!!!
