Don't be ashamed! My husband brought home snacks the night of the finals and we sat and watched them together. Most fun I've had in a while!

Me too. I give myself a quick 30-45 minutes for a match a day. Still get my gaming in without wasting hours on it!

My scale is worse. It always shows me numbers that I don't want to see. What a jerk.

I'm actually going to bookmark this thread so I can remind myself of this. Thanks a ton.

I like http://undressedskeleton.tumblr.com. She's a little too extreme for me, since I only just started a healthier routine, but I've gotten some AMAZING tips from her website.

Since I have an infant, I don't have a lot of time to cook breakfast. I've been eating low fat oatmeal and yogurt. I'm hoping to try out some of these http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal for a more nutrient-packed grab-and-go breakfast.

You shouldn't have to struggle getting them buttoned. Take a few different sizes in the dressing room (ALWAYS try on before you buy jeans!) and buy the pair that fits most comfortably.

Sometimes your body can mistake thirst for hunger. Try getting some water. If you still feel snacky, get some popcorn or yogurt. It might just be an emotional want, caused by the change in your lifestyle, and not necessarily a physical need.

I like to have snacks, too. I'm not a big eater. I've always heard it's better to have small meals frequently throughout the day than to eat three big meals. As for low calorie filling snacks, I have my kitchen stocked with yogurt, oatmeal, fiber one bars, and low fat popcorn.

4 months is not very long! I'm 3 months postpartum and I only JUST started working on it. You should know, giving birth is not an easy thing. Be patient with your body, stay active, and don't eat junk. Your body will do it's job.

Exactly this.

I wish I still had DDR! I had a really nice metal dance pad, but the cord broke. :/ I miss it!

I don't think this is true at all, and frankly it's bad advice. If you're asking if your relationship is beyond fixing, it shows that you've recognized a problem. Isn't that, after all, the first step to fixing ANYTHING?

The dentist is going to do it for you anyway. Why waste your time? ;D
