Great job! Keep up the good work!

yes, yes, yes. Just keep pushing, keep working it. I have known people who did level 1 the whole 30 days and still got good results. GL! and, for the record, I actually found level 2 a little easier than level 1..you might watch it one day to see what you think!

cardio, cardio, cardio to show off those ab muscles...you can do crunches 24/7, but, if your abs are hiding under a layer of fat...they are still hidden!

I had to start eating more to break my plateau. I switched my goals to maintenance, and have been losing, I haven't even bothered to switch it back, because I truly struggle to eat that much, even on an average day I am only between 1200-1300 cals. GL, I tried so many different things, and nothing broke through til I tried…

good for you! and, take that jerky ex!
-
I think you can do it!! stick to your calorie goals, exercise, and drink LOTS and LOTS of water! Good Luck!

A big fat juicy cheeseburger, perfect skinny onion rings with ranch, Medium steak, broccoli, garlic cheese bread, and for desert would be carrot cake from J. Alexander..and perhaps some orzo and wild rice while I am there. And, maybe margaritas to drink..or water. Yes, I am really a water drinker...all the time. This would…

Good job! The pants I have on today are rolled down in the waist trying to make them look a little more presentable ...I have bought smaller jeans (which are starting to get too big), but have been stalling on slacks and mess for work. It's about time, I think...

I have a high arch, wide feet and over pronate a little on my left foot, which is also half a size bigger than the right...and my arch tries to flatten out when I step, so, yeah...but, I run in Nike Equalon 4's with green superfeet inserts. I was fitted at a running store, and it has helped immensely.

at 150, I borrowed my boyfriend's HRM and changed the settings to me, and MFP was consistently about 20-30 cals under per 30 minutes. I try to eat half my exercise calories, so this is close enough for me.

great job!

grats, Cher!

just remember than a LOT of their food is meant to share. A "serving" is not necessarily the whole plate! There are lots of things there I like to eat. I go so rarely, it's a treat, and I will totally cheat for PF Chang's! Happy Birthday!

awesome! It is SOOO much more fun to shop when clothes fit right and you *feel* thin!

I have recently started taking potassium because I had constantly crampy muscles. You lose potassium through sweating...well, I run at 4:30 in the afternoon in Louisiana...so, odds are that my potassium was low. It has helped, but, a lot of food has potassium in it. Sports drinks have potassium as well (it is an…

I have been eating maintenance trying to break my 7 week plateau. Last week was fail. I don't think I ate more than 1000 but 2 days. So, I am doing it a 2nd week, and am doing much better. Next week I will drop my goals back to loss. I would say, if your weekly total is still (daily loss cal) x 7 (days a week) then you can…

I think you should learn to love the body "type" you are born with. You can be thinner or heavier, but, the basic shape / type is genetic, you should learn to be healthy and just love yourself. There are guys that are attracted to every body-type.

great job!

This doesn't surprise me. I have not been impressed with any of the big food producers morals and ethics. Buy local.

Try to remember to have breakfast, and carry something easy to snack on with you throughout the day. You are right, 800 worth of fruit is A LOT of fruit. I do agree with trying to eat nuts, or a protein bar. I disagree that you should eat back ALL of your exercise calories. I try to shoot for half, to account for "what if…

MFP has their fiber set really low. I aim for red numbers every day in both fiber and protein. GL!

*ick* I agree that women should shave their legs / armpits (I do both daily), but, when it comes to private areas, I only trim. I do NOT want to look like a 8 year old kid *down there* and I would never date a guy that wanted it kept that way....
-
amen! Though, admittedly, I find hairless men to be too androgynous, and am not attracted to them at all........
-
I am not a fan of hairless. AT.ALL. If you naturally have body-hair..then just leave it. Hair > stubble... If your pubes are 3ft long, trim a tad. My BF has hair, but is bald-headed. I love it!

thank you for posting this sentence!! I never thought of it that way (I have lost 22 pounds since Jan 1 as well), but, all but 3 pounds of it was lost in Jan - April. I am in a plateau right now, and I am really starting to get discouraged! I eat 1220 a day + some of my exercise calories, which usually totals around 1400…

this is my goal as well, but I am in Louisiana, lol

exercise releases endorphins and causes happiness. Are you exercising?

I agree with veggies, and I am also eating la Tortilla Factory wraps...they are really high in fiber.
