your calorie burn is based on body weight, effort, speed, etc. I can walk a 4 MPH mile and only burn about 50-60 calories. MFP can guess because it has all of your info. Before I started running, I did exercise videos on netflix, walked, did wii fit, and went to zumba class 1-2 times a week. GL

definitely. I don't care for the bad boy look anymore. Tattoos are no longer an automatic turn on. Not everyone can pull off that look, some of them just tend to look trashy. And, I have noticed that I check out older guys WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more than younger now. It's pretty odd.

I had never ran more than 3.5 miles when I ran my 10k (more will follow!!). My BF and I ran together. When I hit that 4 mile marker, that was the farthest I had ever ran, I wanted to cry. I usually have Mexican on my cheat day. Last time I had an 8 oz strip - it was amazing and pretty low fat / cal, though the basket of chips i polished off before it meant the meal wasn't :tongue:

i do both, depends on what mood I am in :tongue: I also burn more than MFP. My runs are usually about 130 cals / mile.

I have always worn a bikini except when I swam competitively, I had to wear a race 1-piece for that. You are "ready" whenever you feel comfortable enough to wear it.

you are new. Have you upped your intake since you started MFP? 6-12 times a day seems pretty normal to me. It should taper off after a month or so of consistent drinking. I have rough Monday's because my water intake is bad on the weekend.

I was eating them for a while as part of my breakfast with a side of bacon / sausage and half a grapefruit - I REALLY like them with cream cheese on them sprinkled with splenda. Right now I am on an oatmeal kick, but I am sure I will cycle back to the vitatops eventually.
