You look great! Keep up the good work!

I haven't looked at your diary, but, I can tell you from experience that if I am eating fruit, veggies, fiber, and drinking water like I should, I can still end up constipated. I have to have a certain amount of fat to keep things moving along.

This... maybe box it up and leave it at her place of employment (when she isn't there) if you aren't up for seeing her yet.

My big hairy computer geek does...

I met my BF on here in February of last year. We met in person in March, and have been an "item" ever since. We only live about 15 miles from each other. He is a total hottie
-
And, I am so looking forward to running with you

125-130

I enjoy my job quite a bit. But, a word of advice -- I would NEVER post on a public forum something that could have a negative impact on my entire life. Not a wise move.

35 -- I liked 25, but, I am way more comfortable with myself at 35 than I have ever been. I am in my 2nd year of college, have an amazing boyfriend, decent job, and have lots of fun in my life. :drinker:

My boyfriend has lost close to 200 pounds (I think the current number is 196 lost). He has not had surgery. He has done it strictly with diet and exercise. You *can* do this. GL!

You look GREAT! Geaux Saints! And... Geaux Tigers! (for tonight's game, lol)

I met my BF on this site. We both started logging in daily December 26, 2010, and "met" each other on a forum post on Feb 2, 2011. We became friends on here, and met IRL on March 10, 2011 and have been together ever since. We both still log in daily (and are both at 377 days now - totally coincidence, we didn't even KNOW…

I met my BF on here, so I can't really post it b/c he doesn't really know, and this isn't how I want him to find out! ETA: We have been together 9-1/2 months

I run mostly on trails too -- it is a softer surface than concrete. I have slowly started incorporating pavement into my running path because every race I will ever run is on a road. I almost couldn't walk for a week after my first race because the impact is so different. For me, the answer has been 1) watch my stride to…

I am 5'5". I started at 170.5 pounds at the beginning of 2011 -- half a pound more than I *EVER* weighed pregnant -- only I wasn't pregnant this time :grumble: Currently I am at 140. My goal is 130, I would REALLY love to get to 125, but I will play that by ear. I am hoping to get there by the end of next year. This has…

I have encouraged a few RL friends to join. I have randomly met people and it comes up that we both are on here in conversation, but I haven't friended them, lol. The only MFP person I have met FROM here is my BF - we have been dating over 9 months now

4-6 days a week, depending on how rushed I am in the morning. Frequent weighing is good for you. Daily weighing is one of the "20 Habits Skinny People Live By" -- It's number 2 http://eatthis.menshealth.com/slideshow/20-habits-skinny-people-live?cm_mmc=ETNTNL-_-702196-_-10092011-_-hed

a lot of raw / steamed veggies are super low cal. Enjoy!

check the clearance racks, shop the outlets, shop secondhand stores, and get your clothes altered! I do lots of clearance racks -- even better when I hit a good one at the outlets! Nothing like < $4 shirts, lol. This has been my biggest, frustrating, most irritating NSV's since I started losing weight, and I complain about…

you are much more of a runner than me, so I guess you don't have to listen to me if you don't want, lol I would say pick a day or 2 a week for long runs, and do the others shorter. Running is hard on your body, it lowers your immune system. Give your body time to heal / recover between long runs to help prevent illness and…

step away from the carbs!! Seriously. Sugar makes you crave more sugar. Drink hot tea, chew sugar-free gum...drink extra water for a few days. You will get back on track. I had a serious sugar-binge / carb-binge problem after Halloween. 1 candy led to 10, led to several days of eating way too much sugar. It got much better…

Barefoot Moscato -- my fave

splitting it up is better. There is some debate over the effectiveness of long workouts - it seems your calorie burn may slow down after 45 - 60 minutes or something.
-
The point of Aleve isn't necessarily pain-relief. Aleve / Motrin are recommended for both muscle and joint pain because of their anti-inflammatory properties--pain relief is a "bonus". Even if you think it isn't helping, keep taking it every 4-6 hours until you can see / talk to your doc.

look over a long time span...I know today (for example) has been a rough day for me. Also, when someone changes their goals, it changes it across their whole food log. *I* just went onto maintenance last week, so it shows me being WAYYYYYY under calories before last week...

I agree with the previous poster. Motrin or Aleve, warm bath -- with epsom salt if you have it. A warm bath will be okay if it is muscular or tendon / ligament, but, you want to figure out what it is. If you decide it is a pulled muscle, or a deep tissue cramp, heat, heat, heat. If you decide it is a pulled ligament /…
