Thank you for the links, no rice is not bad, i had VSG which is a Weightloss surgery and I am trying to stay away from carbs and to keep my carbs low.

I just started it today, and it kicked my butt!!! However I need to do something to tighten up all my loose skin my weightloss surgery. I have lost almost 100 pnds. And I know working out with Jillian will do that for sure. Elizabeth

yes I am on regular foods, I love most foods, I am branching out to trying most anything healthy. even feta. I recently tried spaghetti squash and like it alot.
