I have about 4 that I actually use. 2 Victoria's Secret bras which were well worth the money. I alternate them for my harder workouts. 1 from Costco, not sure of the brand, but I only use it when my workouts don't require much jumping or bouncing around, since it's comfortable but not very supportive for that circumstance…

Like others have said, go in with a plan. The suggestions of New Rules of Lifting for Women and Strong Lifts are great suggestions. Bodybuilding.com has set plans that more or less try to gear towards your fitness level and fitness goal -- when I started out I tried one of the 12 week programs, the Lee Lebrada one. If…

There is no greater benefit at choosing one over the other. Do what you think will make you consistently go. For me personally, I hate working out in the afternoon because I'm tired by the end of the day and have less will to go to the gym. Early morning, when no one's there is perfect for me.

Take a quick shower. And make sure you wear flip flops, never know what could be lurking on the ground.

The best way to reduce your body fat percentage (which includes your waist) is to eat at a deficit while doing resistance/strength training to maintain muscle mass. Unfortunately, it's a myth that you can spot reduce fat, it'll come off where it wants to. But there are exercises you can do in order to strengthen your ab…

Mix it with sriracha sauce, or a vegetarian equivalent if that's not veggie-friendly. It tastes fricken amazing on burgers or as a dressing.

Man, I keep forgetting about the barcode thing on the phone. I should use that more often. Also, you know, I didn't even think about that, that a large number of confirmations wouldn't necessarily mean it was right if you didn't check the facts yourself.

To supplement this, a video about properly measuring yourself for a correctly fitting bra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Jk55ep4XUQ

A quick google search produced this: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-the-difference-between-nutritional-yeast-and-brewers-yeast.htm They are usually used in vegan cuisine as they both contain no animal protein. For some recipes involving said yeasts, google again:…

I assume by using "tone" you mean to have a lower body fat percentage in order for your lean muscle to be visible. To do this, eat at a deficit while doing resistance training or strength training of some sort. There are some good beginner programs out there: Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, Strong Curves. I personally…

I searched for Adductor (inner thigh) exercises, and one link led here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder/lookup/filter/muscle/id/17/muscle/adductors Try them out, see which works best for you.

Sorry, but you can't spot reduce fat, it's a fitness myth. The only way to lose fat from somewhere is to eat at a deficit; keep in mind that fat will come off the body where it wants to, not where you want it to. Resistance training certain muscle groups will increase strength and maintain muscle mass though. Good luck…

My 2 on-sale Victoria's sports bras for $40 far outweigh the 1 Panache sports bra that appears to be $68 no matter where I look. Sales are wonderful!

Legs and back. Especially the back.

Are you 100% sure you really are that cup size? You'd be surprised how many women wear the wrong size bra. I've had my bust measured a few times over the course of my life, and it really does make a difference. Because I need pretty strong support (32DDD), I saved up, waited for a sale, then bought myself 2 Victoria's…

Thanks for all the ideas, they're really making me think outside the box. UC Merced gym rate for me (if they have a space, it said limited spots for non students/faculty), would be $40/month. That's very doable. I looked at the rates for parking permits though, either $288/year (one time payment up front) or about $4/day…

I'm stealing this for use some trolling thread down the line, haha.

:indifferent: I meant AFTER getting all the equipment. As in, not paying a monthly fee or being locked into a contract. A cousin of mine who owns his personal home gym (lives 5 hours away, so no go, before someone asks) has given me the lowdown on the costs and the pros and cons of an at home gym. Also, not having to worry…

I would, believe me I love a one time investment for a lifetime of free more than anybody, but I do not have the space (tiny apartment).

Oh wow, that's amazing! I would love to travel the world like that! Simply wonderful

Mosquitoes are infesting your pantry? Also...ew cockroaches bleh! Got a bug guy for that.

Every now and then I go to the gym in the afternoon (when I'm being lazy in the morning). Never fails that there's this one guy who does like, 2 sets of some exercise, then goes to stand in front of the mirror, lifts his shirt up, caresses his "abs" (he has none) and makes kissy faces at said mirror. I have to look away…

Hm, last time I measured I was: Weight: 127lbs bust - 36in hips - 32in waist - 37.5in I don't really have a goal weight so much as I'd like to reduce as much fat while maintaining muscle mass as possible.

So many varied replies! On a side note I honestly didn't know that so many people showered so often in one day. But I guess, when you feel gross, you feel gross --- and showering is the way to stop feeling it, especially in this heat.

...Huh. The only thing I've seen used that mentions apple cider vinegar, recently, is as a hair rinse. People usually wash their hair with shampoo soap, rinse it out, then splash a cup or so of apple cider vinegar to condition it.
