I know right? I get really annoyed by people who don't seem to understand that 0.16 grammes is NOT 16 milligrammes. Learn to convert SI units!

They make little folding pedals instead of complete exercise bikes to go underneath tables and the like, that way you could have continuous activity throughout the day. Worth a look at least.
