If you're aware of about how many oz she consumes, there is a "food" you can input that is breastfeeding by oz. My 11 month old son only does naptime and bedtime nursing so I estimated around 5oz. When I do a mixture of cardio and strength training (like the 30 day shred or biggest loser dvds), I log it as circuit training because that's what it's considered. Hope that helps!
