Good luck on your journey. Physical exercise, including yoga, strength training, swimming and walking, improves my quality of life, and weight maintenance. My biggest motivator is Jesus Christ, for my body is his tabernacle, on loan, and I am obligated to care for it properly.

I generally eat sunflower seeds in the shell, and 1/2 cup of ice cream, or something similar. Any more than 300 and it's a fail for me. Plus drink lots of water, it's a good appetite suppressor. I would say…

My family doctor advises that a good amount of the population is not affected in any way by sodium consumption. I fall into that category. Thank God. My choice if its salty or sweet, I choose salty every time. ...Ron...

Hi Red. I weigh myself in every Monday. I joined MFP in late September, so I have only had one (1) weigh in. This is a great program, can't believe it's free. Wish you the best on your own fitness program. You can add me as a friend if you like. ...Ron...

I wouldn't want to do one without the other. I've never really experienced any aggressive feelings after a weight training workout, that's probably…
