i am 66 years old i have used leslies walks before but had not walked for over a year started back last week tonight i tried WALK SLIM 4 really big miles dang i could only make 3 but it was a great work out for me she has some excellent dvds

i use leslie sansone workout to help me get my exercise did 3 mile fat burning this morning first time i have done it in over a year hope it gets me motivated

i smoked for 45 years had a very mild heart attack quit in 2007 not as hard as i thought it would be mind over matter sure helps
