Try refrigetor oatmeal. You put it together the night before and it is ready in the morning. Ther are several varieties based upon what you put in it. Yes I went over. No room left to eat tonight. Tomorrow it is back on track though. I did not got crazy today but is surely more than I normally eat.

I have 13. First one I got about 15 years ago. Last one was this past August. Mostly fairies and vines, but some others as well. No regrets some like better than others but no regrets. Planning on more in the future.

I'm in. Found this program and thought this would actually give me a chance at being able to run. Have wanted to for a long time but never got past walking. Completed day 1 earlier today. Seeing others are starting today as well gives me encouragement. Planning on doing day 2 Tuesday evening.

i did it a while back and it help tone muscles. i did not lose any weight though. i still use it now every once and a while to add variety to my exercise routine.i did enjoy doing it.

I am having problems eating the minimum amount of calories eat day that have been recommended. The target was set at 1200. Not to say adding the calories added for exercises.
